This is my third tattoo. I got it done by Jesse Rix who owns Secret Lake Tattoo in Keene, NH. I got this tattoo because I love Hunter S. Thompson’s writing and the way he lived his life. It also reminds me what I have lost. Friends and family and my way at one point in my life. It also reminds me of the moments I decided to get back to a honest way of life. It is a great reminder everyday.

Fairy Tail or One Piece?

BBT Musings
Koothrappali is the only person of color, maybe ever on the entire show. He comes off at best through others eyes & self representation as a foreigner and is other-ized or at worst as a sort of mascot for the entire crew. His primary function seems to be to remind us how much the “third world” sucks and to make fun of gays.
What seemed to be an initial attempt to quarantine the later female entries to the show in a sort of girlfriend zone, appears to have failed at least in the case of Amy Ferrah Fowler.[speculation] Most like because the audience (like myself) was interested in seeing a more socially adjusted female version of Sheldon Cooper. Fowler is unique on the screen because of her confidence. No decent show in recent history comes to mind that depicts a non glamorous female character with a traditional “nerd” upbringing into such a well rounded a confident woman.
Bernadette is also another great addition to the show not only because of her ferocious independence (and BBT’s constant need to remind us that she makes more than Howard) but because she is presented as attractive but doesn’t look like Penny, who in that respect may be tall and blonde but she is not entirely skinny.](http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lyysm07Nwo1qld7xjo1_400.jpg)
